I bought this mixed grain blend mainly because I wanted to add more variety to my regular rice. It’s been really convenient since the grains are already mixed together and ready to cook.
The farro adds a nice chewy texture and the overall flavor is really good. I usually soak grains before cooking, but the instruction says that you can use the mixed grain setting on a pressure cooker without soaking them first. I haven’t tried that yet, but am planning to give it a try next time!
