One simple swap. A better bowl.
Whole grains and beans naturally add more fiber, plant-based protein, and a wider variety of nutrients—all while creating a heartier, more satisfying bowl.
Beans are one of the easiest ways to add more plant protein and fiber to your bowl. But we know nobody wants to bite into giant beans. That's why our founder started cutting them into rice-sized pieces over 40 years ago—so they blend right in, not stand out.
